Video Backlog
In the past few months, yours sincerely dug out some really cool dance videos, starting with Bootylicious BEYONCE. She's beautiful, sweet, sexy, has personality, a kick-ass dancer and an amazing singer. YOU GO GIRL!
Check Up On It
"If you've Got it, Flaunt it, Boy I know you wannit"
Deja Vu
*check out the Sharon Stone impersonation*
Irreplaceable
(this one's for Mr D aka the "BLUB", here's Girrl Power at its greatest)
"To the left, to the left, Everything you own in the box to the left"
The next one's entirely in black and white, but I just LURVE the camera-work and dance moves. JT is singularly the most stylish man I've ever seen... from the Beckhamish shaved head to the monochrome dance suits.
My Love
And this is the live version. It's positively EXPLOSIVE.
His falsetto is horribly out of tune, but who cares when you kick total ass!

Turbulent Twenties Resurrects
*resounding applause*
*pops the champagne bottle*
Give a HUGE BOTTOMS-UP!!! *cheers!*
Cos turbulent twenties is back in town! Woot Woot! To paint EVERYWHERE pink, and PInk and P-I-N-K.... (that's 3 colours for ya)
More tales of l'il claire's misadventures will be coming round shortly to regale you, but meanwhile, we have to backtrack a bit, cos there's quite a chunk of juicy bits we've missed.
First, I hooked up with the bestest bee yet. The story goes that this bee was smart enough to read my mind and my looks when so many others have failed. After that, he created just enough 'buzz' by hanging around a bit, then flying off for a kickass holiday for a week or 2, just enough to make me uncomfortable, and coming back to execute the grand 'woo' plan (which I TOTALLY figured out, but just played along). And then he leaves again for business, then he's back again, then he's relocated again, and then I fly up or he flies down... Complicated, you say? Well, I think not. In fact, it's FANTABULOUS!!!!
On the workfront, the 1st few quarters of life in the workforce flew by in a jiffy with a particular familial local bank. Life was good and cushy and stable, and I had the best mentor and manager ever. Learnt lots about people and wealth management. And then there was the 'itch' and there 'poof', l'il claire's somewhere else..... For me to know and you to find out.
Meanwhile, I'm absolutely taken with cute underdog UGLY BETTY, cos she totally reminds me of me while I bumble at work and how a pure, sincere heart and being true to yourself can save the day!!! PLUS... hook you up with a cute, to-die-for boss who not only adores you, but posseses a cleft on his chinny-chin-chin. How quaint!
Toodle-oo!

Ali G In Da House
Not Ali B
Not Ali C
Not Ali D...
Not Ali E......
Not Ali E-F-F...
But ALI G.
Chek' it, Aiiiight!!! All 10 parts of it here on the Cheapo-Netsurfer's Godsend, YOUTUBE.COM!!
Bibbity Bobbity Boo
That's cos l'il claire has her attention spread among a few interesting thingeys... First it was the rehearsals which culminated in the TO-DIE-FOR trip to Bali (which I shan't bother blogging cos there's just TOO much to say), then spent the next 3 days missing Bali and looking through the pics and feeling sorry for myself for being back in boring ol' Singapore.
Then it was another wedding thingey with E and S, then I went through the whole music phase when I spent mornings on the piano, afternoons on the violin and evenings at the Esplanade chilling out or score-searching. I was even at the Esplanade thrice in one week.
Then cos mr D's acting up again, I went out lots and social activity became a blur. Through friends, I met this cool female lobbyist who jetsets around the world organizing campaigns for environment-protection, children's welfare, etc. Then through her, we met 2 Harvard docs who're finishing their studies and doing their housemanship. Then we all happily went to sing Karaoke and ended up crooning to mouldy oldies cos the selection's so limited. Oh well.... Singapore!
Then E and I met up with E's friend, this cool French who's really a Russian spy in disguise (I'm kidding). And all 3 of us being jazz lovers hit City Space at Swissotel for some chilling.
Then it was my room revamp phase which in the end didn't amount much. Realised I needed work clothes so I overturned the whole bloody cupboard and separated the 'work-worthy' ones from the non-work clothes. Threw away ALL my Uni and JC texts and notes. FINALLY! *sheesh, I'm such a hoarder! Sec 3 Chemistry notes were still underneath my bed in a box!!*
Spent some nights partying and some days going to church for services and some prayer meetings. This Christian rock band came to SG and took my weekend away, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! They're like SOOOOO cool!!!
Then some days were spent fretting over my career options, which I realised shouldn't even have been an issue to begin with, cos I'm so happy right now. Had to choose between one industry and another and one bank from the other and the decision killed off like 1/4 of my brain cells and caused a MASSIVE zit outbreak and several bad hair days (cos was constantly tearing hair out). Can ya imagine that level of stress? It was like a million issues swimming in my head at every moment threatening to drive me insane. Thank goodness for my dear friends who could give objective views on stuff!
Some evenings again were spent studying with Mr D, who reversed his acting up attitude and became cute and cuddly and loving again. He's such a pig, but such a cute one!
But then, I have a new bee. hee hee...
Then work started and then bam bam bam.... social activity spirals outta control. Lunches with friends at that area, lunches with new colleagues whom I adore and post-work gatherings.
Watched Over the Hedge and She's The Man (I'm too stretched thin for anyting other than comedies). Both were H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S!!! Hammie TOTALLY hams up the show with his caffeine-induced speed and his large teary eyes when he said "I'm not stupid..."
And Amanda Bynes was Abso-f**king-lutely likeable in She's The Man. We went in expecting a tween flick and were rewarded with TONNES more. The premise was a bit on the tall side, but COME ON! Tampons for nose bleeds and being knocked on your nuts by a soccer ball are just TOTAL CLASSICS, I tell ya! And there's the "Eew, girls with asses like mine DO NOT go out with guys with faces like yours." retort which was just WICKED!
Then again, it has to be good. The Bard wrote it after all (originally known as Twelfth Night). PLUS of course there's the Yummylicious Duke, soccer captain of Illyria *droolz*
It's ze horrid weekly Saturday exams which I HAVE to pass ahead, so every hour's spent on mugging now... dammit!
Overall, life can't get any better! Cheers! *clink*

Miss G provided a gift of soulfood today.
Thanks babe. It's an awesome, inspiring video. A really timely message for myself and other fresh graduates.

It's love.... sweet love...
With Bach Suite No. 1. It's amazing. Heard G play it on the cello and my jaws dropped. *He was the Saint-Saens Cello competition champion of US after all.*
Besides that, the natural beauties from Jewel of the Palace got me spellbound. Presenting my star finds of the loveliest, smartest, kindest(not all of them), sassy-est ladies from the palace courts:

How lovely! And it's such an awesome show! I've never really caught on the K-wave or any wave for that matter, but this serial just blows me away! Doesn't help that Mom got hooked as well and bought the whole VCD set...
One fine Saturday, mr D blew a neat 320 on tickets to Burn The Floor. And MY GOSH was it a blast!
And this pretty blonde bombshell of a dancer was there for autograph session. She's so PREETTAAYY!!!

Mr D and I both ran into people we were dating some time back at the show. And SURPRISE SURPRISE! They were dating as a couple too!
It's like playing musical chairs. Freaky... The whole thing freaked me out inexplicably. Our world suddenly seemed too small for comfort.
That aside, I'm so DYING to take up latin ballroom and brush up salsa now.
Life has been pretty good these days. For one, mr D and I are so very happy. I do miss being single and available at times, especially when I feel like having my bees ask me out, but there's always a tradeoff and I have come to see his worth and his importance to me and I banish these playerism thoughts. Can't have my cake and eat it right? okok, maybe I can, but I choose not to.
Love is always a choice, because passion will only last that long. After that, you need faith to glue the rs, and the conscious decision not to think of others. Love is rational in this way, and the way I see it, only the smart and rational will have lasting, loving relationships, because the overly-sentimental/hopelessly-romantic/falls head over heels at first sight kinda insane psycho will change partners like nobody's business. Case in point, all 'artistic' people with heightened awareness of 'beauty' are all casanovas, or end up being emotional wrecks in volatile/abusive/___ (fill in the blanks) relationships.
So I try to be very rational these days, which is working, really.
On the work-front, my new career's starting soon, and I'm so EXCITED about it. Can't disclose too much, cos we're not sposed to blog about work. All I can say it I've LOTS to learn and the textbooks are DARN thick. But I'll come out of it a better and smarter. :)
My FYP video got rave reviews from everyone, even the profs. My supervisor was happy but she's leaving the school. It's quite sad cos I've really grown quite fond of her. She's like a mother hen fussing over us, her brood.
Anyway, we just had a faculty happy hour at Brewerkz. It's interesting how many beautiful people there are there. You see the aging white population along the Attica stretch an wonder where all the white cuties are... well, they're at Brewerkz stretch! :)
Faculty night was eventful, not only cos it's my 1st time there, but cos my FYP prof is leaving. We're her last group *sob* The whole of my division (broadcast) was down that night to bid farewell. And here we are.... the UBER nice folks of my school... my companions for many a nights in editing and bitching ard about anything under the sun.

The party didn't end after 2 sodas (no beer for me!). J&J, my division seniors wanted to dance a bit so we hopped over to ONS and the band there's AWESOME! Much better than the one at Un*on S*uare. They play the most awesome salsa tracks and it's a shame nobody does salsa in ONS.
Actually, not true. I did see one girl trying to get her bf to salsa with her. She's obviously more experienced and her guy couldn't lead properly. It was funny the way he turned her, twisting her hand and she had that peeved expression on her face! *lol* And they gave up after one song. Wished S&E were there man.... they'll so bring down the house... Then there were a couple of aging whites doing their THANG totally. They're pretty good and sporty dancers!
Bali wedding rehearsal commenced on Friday and I was SO happy to play proper string works and Classical pieces again. Loved ensemble playing and the rich timbre of the quartet... and after such a long hiatus from music and venturing into dance, it's great to be able to play with S,W and KY again.
While playing, I thought about how comfortable it is to play and how nice it would to make this a living! :) the story goes that some years back, when lil CJ was in London on music exchange with the Royal Academy, she sat in during one of the Conductor's masterclass. There were only 5 students to one prof, and they formed a sort of chamber group and each player took turns to conduct. The prof will ask after each attempt on what was good and what didn't work; the musicians gave feedback for their conducting classmate. These people can spend like 5 hours just doing this and it's so interactive that lil CJ and friends though it quite a quaint idea to pursue music professionally. Few years down, she doesn't do it. And her mind is filled with possibilities of "What ifs".
Anyway, I'm just glad for the few musical companions I have in my life. These people are friends for life because we're bound by passion for music! Of course, I'll always adore my dance friends.
mr D brought me to watch Mirrormask. It's a Neil Gaiman film... he writes the most fantastic hilarious stories. Whimsical visuals, cool surreal music and the whole fantasy element made my day! Totally arty-farty! All graphic designers, 3-D artistes and animators and children storybook writers should watch it.
To celebrate J's bday, V gathered a few best mates and we headed down one fine evening to Vansh, this rather famous north-indian restaurant with to-die-for ambience. It's at the ultra-uluated Indoor stadium promenade which looked like Clarky Quay, with it's quaint al fresco riverside dining spots.
The flipside was: it's Vansh's mango week. EVERYTHING WE ORDERED HAD MANGO IN IT.
Of course, it's the Indian Mango, which had this distinctly sweet-sour flavour which wasn't entirely unpleasant. North-Indian cuisine is really VERY flavourful. Every dish was an experience and every mouthful was like analysing a perfume's top notes, middle tones and low notes... pretty cool.
I almost choked on one exceptionally spicy mushroom with mango bits on it though... teared like crazy cos it was so pungent.
So you see the 3 smiley faces with our mango drink lined with salt on the glass rims. :) The mango drink doesn't taste like your regular mango ice blended. It's sweet-sour and very distinctly tropical and fresh. You can almost imagine the ripe mangoes hanging from the trees and curvaceous Indian beauties in flowy saris dancing near it. (okok... so this is very cliche... blame Bollywood.)
And here's J and L with their drinks "Kama Sutra" and "Mango Lassi":
Had an awesome time catching up and celebrating the end of our schooling days. Cheers to our graduation, folks! *chink*
T'was Secret Bible Week on Nat Geo last week. Watched some docus on the Da Vinci code and some other theology-related stuff. It's so controversial because now they're telling us that there're people who healed millions and rose from the dead like Jesus?!?!?!
Nevertheless, these docus are really good and UBER FASCINATING! It actually promotes more religious awareness by making people want to delve into such studies and research, which can't be a bad thing right?
And wouldn't it be cool if one day, I could produce documentaries of such quality and education value? WICKED.
GE2006 came and went. I'm just glad my neighbours didn't become rabbits for the 100M carrot. Period.

Bali Bali Bali
It's an all expenses paid for trip BESIDES getting paid a sum for playing for a wedding gig. Mom's few hundred grands of investing in my music education didn't go to waste after all.
Just did the Zouk's 15th anniversary Cry*tal Ball performance and it was SO drop-dead cool! We were dressed up whimsically with hair and make-up done professionally.
Played the oh-so-boring Eine Kleine, but the DJ threw breakbeats along with it, then a rapper and opera singer joined in, then this bhangara drummer.... and boring Eine Kleine suddenly became the most happening piece on earth! *lol*
Met lotsa models, dancers, drags, show artistes, dressers, hair stylists, etc. The whole show's an amazing spectacle and I would love to have seen it but too bad performers can't really watch. But I have to say that this is the def ZE MOST amazing and COOLest show I've ever done in my life.
Silly cow me forgot to bring the most impt thing of all on such occasions- the digicam. And ergo, no pics. And the pic of us in ST Life doesn't include me, dammit.
Exams are finally over and life is just eat, sleep and play :)
I did everything under "play" category. For starters, there were the bimbo books and beauty mags, then the fine dining with mr D, then karaoke, then partying at MOS, then watched a play... and a movie... *ice age 2 sucks*
Even got hooked onto the Korean show DA CHANG JIN (Jewel in the Palace). The actresses are so naturally beautiful and they've such flawless complexions!
And can you believe that this girl's over 30?? She looks 18!!!Remembered when the K-wave first hit Singapore. There's this other serial she acted in called Fireworks and she looked like decades older there. How come she's aging backwards? Korean skincare must be light years ahead of for them to look this way man...
Oops, I'm ogling at the wrong gender no? Here's the correct one.

Now I'm not one inclined towards idol-worship of any sort. But recently has rediscovered the charms of this lad while mr D was crooning his songs. He can croon to melt any heart.... I mean the lad. To mr D's credit, mr D's almost there...
This dude's an ABC, plays piano and violin *swoon*, has a Master of Arts in Music, sings like an angel and LOOKS like one too. HE IS SO CUTE!!! *melts*
Found his looks familiar, but I can't put my finger on who he looks like but I was quite sure I knew someone who looked like him. And then EUREKA! I got it! He looks like Commando Bee!!! Rather the other way round, and commando bee ain't as cute as he, but it doesn't matter. Bottomline is they look alike.
Life is so amusing...
Or rather, the post-exams inimitable boredom has killed my sanity and I now find everything amusing :)

ALL JUNKED UP
Most importantly the people and life lessons, for what use is that piece of certificate to me other than landing my 1st job?
I loved and lost, then loved again in these grounds. The canteens, the stairways, the corridors, the lifts, the slope down Nany*ng Hill, the pool, the track, the dance studios.... every single part of it is so deeply etched in my memory.
And of course dear S*I, the building in blue itself. I have a love-hate relationship with it man.... I hate the MMLab for its smell, for its memory of night after night of editing... I love the vending machine. I hate the toilet.... (it's not dirty. I just don't like it).... I love the Benches and resource centre where you can watch free DVDs of the most interesting artsy films. I love the audio and DJ suites for their homely feel. I'm SO at home with audio. I hate the broadcast prac room for its paint smell and its sub-zero temperature.
I loved the profs. Even the most boring ones are likeable in their own lil way.
Had FYP moderation yest and today's the screening of the 12 short films everyone did.
Realised I haven't blogged in eons and I mean like...... EEEOOONNNSSS... But anyway, life as usual has been turbulent. Lotsa ups and downs, but I'm happy to announce that it's 90% UP, which is HEY! THAT'S AWESOME! Unprecedented in fact.
The main reason is......... *drumrolls*....... I've been getting wooed. Lots. No, no more bees in picture. They're gone cos the flowering period is over. Now's the harvest period for the fruits of my labour.... which is why I'm so happy.
1st harvest was Mr D. Now the story goes that love comes when you least expect it. I was just busying ard with my life of school, projects and some parties when Mr D came knock-knocking and reappeared. Mr D has been exceptionally nice. So nice sometimes I can't believe it. To cut the long story short, he stopped letting me down.

He even woed me with a nice V-day dinner at a certain 5 star hotel. I was so happy I teared a bit. Ergo the reddish eyes. And this is the most amazing and biggest tiramisu I've had in my entire life. And that sweetness seeped into my heart.
Then came the movies, the dinners, the dancing and the occasional zany stuff we do like pop down to shop at Mustafa at 2am in the morning, pretending to be students of SMU and touring their grounds on another day (their gym's WICKED).... and we are happy again.
I can't say he wasn't a bastard then, but he is sincere now. And through my FYP crunch time when I perpetually needed help, he was there despite work and all. And he drove the bees away and I'm not any sorry for it.
So I guess I've joined the ranks of the attached again. He really knows me best. My movie tastes, my music tastes, my dance tastes... He even anticipates my quips to his comments before I say them.
And that's great cos then I don't have to talk so much like I do with other guys. I can RELAX!
Career-wise, my efforts in starting early are paying off too. Landed interviews with every job I've applied for though I didn't ace all of them. Walked into the 1st few looking like a zombie from 28 Days. Blame it on FYP.
But anyway, 4 interviews, 2 rejection letters, tonnes and tonnes of concealer for my eyebags later, I got a job offer on my 4th interview!! I'm happy with it but still shopping around abit... just in case.
You see, I'm still torn between bread and butter and pursuing what I really wanna do. But if.... just if, I can find the shortcut to bypass the bread and butter stage, I can just go directly to what I really wanna do. Right?
Sorry that sounded so cryptic. I just don't wanna pay my ass off for education loans should I decide to pursue higher learning.
I've come to think that THIS is the quarter-life crises. THIS is the crossroad. Where can I go from here? Everything's hanging in the air and everything's uncertain. Which steps should I take to achieve my goals? And can I bypass them to achieve more in less time?
But the point is, I'm so afriad to take those steps... because one wrong step and you'll be cast out from the SG system. That's how SG society works. Oh well...
Turbulent twenties is such because of this. But I like the thrill of it sometimes. It's precisely because you have the choice that makes life so fun, so powerful. Imagine being born rich and destined to take over family business and have heaps of expectations on you. Yes, you do own power, but you've no control of your destiny. And because I have this choice, life is that much richer.
This word 'DESTINY' has been haunting me. Recently started following Jasmine to church and it's been great for my soul. Wouldn't say I'm into the whole religion business yet, but the life lessons are so profound and empowering you just keep wanting to go back. And they talked about destiny and how we should all strive to be in positions of influence.
What does it take to be in positions of influence? I don't think the bread and butter job will give me that. I need to be in media or politics to have that. Mr D very smartly pointed out that to get to positions of influence, you need tonnes of experience, a total understanding of the working world and for people to respect you for all that. So how is a fresh grad able to achieve that kinda position just like that? So I should just start out whereever I can and be the best in that field and many doors will open from there.
I kind of agree. But I'm just worried that after being in 'bread and butter' for too long, I can't go back to media anymore. Then i'll be really upset.
Okay, I think I've rambled on enough.
What else happened?
Oh, I acted in 2 plays for friends doing directing. Grew quite close to theatre peeps during this time... It's so comfortable being with them. No expectation, great humour, common ideas, we talk crap everyday and pass them off as artistic 'theatrical' stuff. I love it.
Went through some really hilarious moments putting up stuff and preparing presentations, especially staging A's "Les Liaisons Dangerouses", wayang kulit style, complete with shadows, red lighting and miles and miles of sleeves for dramatic effect. MAN! I SO had a kick swishing those cloth around like some Russian gymnast with her ribbon.
Then in another staging, they projected "Deep Throat"(one of the 1st few porn movies ever made) in the background while people acted. And it was so graphic and gross that even the guy next to me said "EEEW"...... Hilarious. But that's modern theatre for you. Lotsa sexed up beings who're homos and violent homos at that. It's crazy.
Went down to support this junior of mine who's gonna be a GREAT singing sensation one day. She's so small but SO POWERFUL! And so full of zest and energy that I think i'll burn out within 2 days if I were her. PLUS she looks like Ja*me Teo. There is she, the girl next to me in white stripe shirt.

Discovered more nooks an crannies to chill out in SG.
1) Minds cafe--- I'm a boardgame-phile. I can spend 6 hours there. So sue me!
2) Hark Music Cafe--- Where ze junior croons at to a live band. You get nice ambience and some rather delicious-looking food. And I meant "looking" only. Haven't actually tried them.
3) Altivo--- Great place with amazing view, but they should REALLY replace the radio station with Lush instead of Class.
Hmm.... had some great parties recently with Funky T's gigs and mr T in CL*O eligible bachelor. then miss goondu got into MSU finals so all's grand.
Weekends are mostly spent with shal, john, jas and co chilling out, catching up on life and dance, church, dating mr D, studying a bit. It's a nice predictable pattern which I'm content with again. It's great to have this core group of friends around me.
Mom gave me a rose quartz crystal bracelet from Taiwan to help in emotional healing and stability and for better relationships with people in general. I guess it's working. Everything seems so much more stable.
My Buddhist nun aunt came visiting and she's such a jolly, cute roly poly nun. Bought me this pseudo-Vietnamese top that I'll never be caught dead in, but which she thinks is perfect for me. Oh well, I love her all the same.
Dad got posted to Shenzhen. Won't be back till 4 months later, and Mom has recently commented that on days when my bro and I are both out, she feels sorta empty. I call it the "empty nesters syndrome".
Dad writes back to the family via email using pretty broken English. But I'm pretty touched by this. Reason being when at home, he says a a maximum of perhaps 2 sentences each to my bro and I everyday. He's a man of few words, I think. Taciturn. Plus being away for business during our growing years made him slightly removed.
It's funny how distance can enhance our communication. The emails reveal so much more about our father than his actual physical presence at home. Oh, the power of words!
Bro's entering army soon. Damn, I'm gonna miss the horrid boy.
On another note, I've watched so many great movies recently for Film module and outside. Titles to recommend include:
- Suzhou River
- Les Poupees Russes (sequel to Spanish Apartments)
- Kabhie Kushi Kabhie Gham
- Beautiful Boxer
-V for Vendetta
I didn't like "Rent" but hope "Take the Lead" will be good.
Bought this to-die-for album by Serg*o M*endes. He rocks.
It's Mr D's bday soon. What should I do??
Blah Blah Blah... it's a damn long post. But this old girl hasn't written in a while. You gotta forgive her.

The BIG Twenty-Three (+ some CNY)
Post C*ccolatte party that night, BLUB and I had a MAJOR fallout. And I mean MAJOR!!! Can't be bothered with details but let's just say he was a TOTAL ASS and I got too emotional and wasn't too nice either. Sigh... I hate it when things spiral out of control...
Thank goodness E and S came over for a jam session at my place. We did violin-violin-piano combis and lotsa other stuff. Think this is my most musical CNY ever. Cos on CNY eve, I was at E's place jamming and even did some singing. Ergo the hang ups over Phantom sad tunes. PLUS, my dahling bro and I did a mini-concert at home for our parents post-reunion dinner. Music does regulate one's sanity and I have to say this... GAWD I LOVE MY MUSIC!!!
I love playing Debussy's Clair de Lune when I'm down or pensive *yesh! It has my name in it! wow* My favourite bang-it-out-loud-cos-I'm-damn-pissed music is Beethoven's Pathetique and Chopin's Revolutionary Etude. And my all time fave violin duet piece remains Bach Double violin Concerto. And when I'm feeling extremely virtuosic, Tchaikovsky's 2nd movement... (I can't handle first... yet)
This CNY was a season of cartoons. Caught The Incredibles and Howl's Moving Castle on dvd. For 4 hours I escaped into a fantasy world of Howl's where magic and love abounds. I love those magical fantasy stuff.... and the awesome music... just makes me sigh and melt in my seat.
I just HAD to get a life out of BLUB and Shal invited me over to dine at her pad. Couldn't have been better, I say, and I was SO grateful for the get-together which really healed my heartaches. V, a doc-to-be from my primary school class, tagged along and we all chilled at Shal's place while J cooked. *t'was sposed to be a cookout but us being non-cooks, the former-chef had to take over* And J was such a AWESOME COOK!!!
C'mon... He used to be a chef at a bistro and he could whip up the WHOLE MENU.... everything from pasta, main courses to desserts. RESPECT.
Being the NEAR-hopeless cook I am *I can do a mean pasta... only*, the only dish I learnt was how to cook brown rice with salt, butter, garlic and water. Oopsy... heehee
Anyway, we had a party of 6 that night- Shal and J, the 2 Vs and W, who had that kick-ass wedding at The Legends some time ago. Such an interesting person! I love it when people from different backgrounds come together. The exchanges flying across everywhere were just so amusing.

And the spread was this...
Lemongrass chicken, Green curry with vegetable and shitake mushrooms stir-fried with mushrooms.
Plus scrumptious brown rice washed down with coke and green tea, with awesome company to boot. More of Shal's enthrallling tales perfected the equation for a perfect evening.
And I was HAPPY AGAIN!!!
School resumed and life spiralled into business once more. We had our last outdoor kopitiam shoot finally and that spelt the end of most of our troubles. Note that it's MOST not ALL. I still have plenty of editing to do. Predict lotsa late nights staying over in school but at least it's on the comp, without massive equipment or props nor actors.
By and by, the last studio shoot and pick ups were done as well and now there's only the editing suite left. WHEEE!!!!
Watched "Curs*ve" at Espl*nade on Friday for part of my Contemp Drama module . It's WEIRD.... but I kinda like the whole highbrow-ness artsy feel of it and the zen-ist concepts in lighting and costumes. But like all dance performance, it got repetitive after a while and I dozed off. Of course the late night before didn't help.
My celeb pal JP walked in a shop later and the lady went "Oh gosh! You look like BWS!!! (JP's chinese name) Has anybody ever told you that?" To which JP gave a TOTALLY non-plussed reply, "Really ah? Many people think so too."
It's HILARIOUS!!! Because JP IS BWS!
Went for drinks at Cali Bistro later. I really like this bunch. As much as I like the Playwriting bunch in fact. It's funny how we bond so darn well. Perhaps the small numbers helps. Presenting the UBER nice folks
of my theatre class...L-R:
Lydia- the Energizer bunny
Xuying- the feminine girly girl
Yixin- the intellectual
JP- the uber undergrad
lil claire- moi
Ashley- the spunky babe
Colin- the band singer
Gavin- the dude always editing BJ in front of me in multimedia lab.
PAUL- our prof
That night Shal and J brought me to Villa Bali for the 1st time. And it's GORGEOUS!! Lovely setting, ambience and music. It's so so so romantic! Sigh...
Then came my birthday, which was quite a blast (AND DAMN HAPPENING) if I may say so myself... *blush*
Had a ball of a time partying at L*quid R*om to DJ K*flow. Reunited the Coco dance gang for the event, so my guest list came up to 15 people and we had such a TOTAL KNOCKOUT TIME dancing!!! As usual, E and TU got challenged by Bboys and there were dance battles aplenty. Plus, some of the winning Funka team members were there... THEY RAWK! Small girls with such explosive power and groove! I'm impressed...
mr tan came late late late!! But thank goodnes he caught part of the battling action. It's like those amazing live performances people pay for to watch. T'were some REALLY MEAN MOVES there man!!!! Especially this hot girl with uber short skirt who suddenly split on the ground and after a few heaves slid effortlessly up again.... * like MY OH MY!*
BLUB didn't engage in any monkey business that night so I was okay with him... :)
Anyway, to commemorate me turning a BIG 2-3, here are some pics of the wild night out:

The next day I joined M at our JC class outing. It's steamboat every year and it's always around CNY season. Anyway, twas glad to catch up with old buddies. Steamboat at Bugis was blah, but we tried sheesha at Arab street afterwards. And I think I've just discovered another great chillout spot in that hippy enclave! The 2nd storey of that sheesha place is all woody and yellow lighting and nice contemp pictures. And they serve some great hot chocolate!
Now that I've seen these quaint lil chillout spots, over-hyped spots like Lo*f, All*y B*r and the horribly overcrowded B*l*clava really pale in comparison. I like my chillout spots to be
1) non-smokey
2) air-conditioned and indoors
3) with not too loud but still great music. (acid/fusion/lounge jazz does it nicely)
4) people there DO NOT engage in picking up activities
5) have a large selection of non-alcoholic drinks and some finger food
6) not too popular with the masses (rule of thumb: the more boho/hippy/chichi the better)
7) have plush cushiony seats with pillows for me to throw/hug/whatever
8) nice decor, lighting, ambience
Back to sheesha. The contraption looked horrid, so I didn't dare try. And I really didn't want to smoke anyway. And I saw one classmates choke really badly which totally put me off that little adventure.
2 hours later and several phonecalls later, I was on the car on way home with Shal, Jas and J.
Shal and J said they're going to Hougang to pass a friend named Mary something. I needed to get my digicam back from Shal so had to see her anyway. They gave me a ride home.
Jas, on the other hand, bumped into Shal at Borders. She asked me out to chill initially since her parents were at late night movies and she doesn't have the keys to get home. So she joined the ride all the way to Hougang too.
So anyway, I really wanted to meet Mary, Shal's friend. Especially since they said she lived only a block away from me. But oh well, Mary wasn't having a party so it's not nice to see her until she gives permissions for me to come down to see her.
I got home. Shal called for me to come down cos she's got something interesting to show me. So I got down and I thought Mary had an interesting pet or something. But John covered my eyes and I knew it..... I'VE BEEN DUPED!!!!

SO commenced my very amazing, ultra surprising birthday party!! At the VOID DECK of my block.
Ed was there all along and he was sleeping in his car. Ergo the red eyes and nose. Jas came to Hougang from CCK all the way for me!!!
And they planned it all for me!!
I'm honoured. Truely! Deeply!
It was so well-planned they even had a chopper nice hidden in J's car for me to cut the durian rolls with.
So we had 3 durian rolls for cake. And some tealight candles as candles.... I LOVE IT ALL!!!!
Then we called the other birthday boy F concurrently to bug him. Turns out he's WORKING! *oh the blasphemy!* So I did some small pep-up talk first and initial Bday wishes. Then when I said goodbye, Ed's call came thru, then Shal then John then Jas.... until everyone made our rounds. Hee... Was SUCH great fun... cos he SO didn't GODDAMN expect it! MUAHAHAHA...
I couldn't stop laughing at the whole joke and this is prolly one of the best birthdays I've had. Simply because I didn't expect anything, but received so much!
Here's a BIG HUG and thank you to:
Faz: for the CD you knew I wanted... And MAN! I'm impressed with your wrapping and decorative skills! Not bad! Not bad at all...
mr D and friends: for being such sports and being there for my Bday party. To his credit, mr D even offered to open a bottle so we could have a table. But TU could get lotsa us in free anyway and we'll be dancing so we scrapped the table idea.
Jis: for the lovely pair of black earrings
Jas, Shal, Ed, John: For giving me the best surprise in my life.... uhm... maybe not life la.... but in the past 2 yrs. For planning the awesome party (it's small but really endearing)! For being there to dance at the Bday outing and being such awesome sports...
Jas: thanks for the uplifting card and being there at Liquid despite your fatigue and bad ankle
Shal: thanks for the cute pink sweater. I love it to bits. Shall try the new hiphop look next time....
John: for providing logistics... it's a lot of work .... and petrol.
TU: for being such a sport too and getting us in to Liquid free
PL and Joyce from church: for the meanigful and uplifting gifts.
mr D: for the dinner and 2 great books you got me
Fiona: for this FANTABULOUS KIT!!! I'm SO gonna use it sometimes....

*FYI it says "How to turn your Ex-boyfriend into a Toad kit*
Plenty useful for me.
It also says "The ultimate spell kit for love, wealth, beauty and revenge."
WOW WEE!!!
I'm a muggle no more cos now I KNOW MAGIC! And I own a spell book :) YAY!!!!! FINALLY!!
Everyone else who's wished me well thru calls/emails/ msges/ msns: thanks for the kind thoughts...
I'm a blessed girl because of you all.... :)

Phantom Revisited
Even now, a year after I last wrote about it, the songs still resonate so deeply within me. The music soars and dips and speaks of love and passion. I'm still moved to tears at every hearing. So imagine my eyes now that I've gotten the mp3 versions.
Bloody hell!
These are my top 3 fave songs from Phantom:
Past The Point Of No Return
Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again
All I Ask Of You

The BLUB has landed...and RETURNED...
Cos I've just been to the MOST AWESOME PARTY of 2006!! DJ Funky T spun at Cocc*l*atte and SOOO many dancers came and it was like GREAT with a capital G.
I hereby conclude that awesome clubbing needs no eye candy nor good crowd nor chichi location nor even a very good soundsystem. All it requires is good music and SUPERB company. In this case, it'e ze dancers.
We popped out booties, laughed like hyenas, did dance battles a la "You Got Served" style, popped more booties on the platform and totally RAWKED the place. And the funny thing was it was mainly just US with a few Bboys at the corner doing their thang. It's like we booked the place. LOADS of space for freestyling and that's always good when you get so many kickass hiphoppers in a SINGLE location. Think there were at least 15 of us...
Hell, that was ONE heck of a happening party man!
And fool mr D was to miss it! He clubbed with the korean chick yesterday despite my reasoning that THIS is the party to go for, but he insisted on Liquid Rooming. But K*flow was spinning at MOS on Monday and we've invites for that, so I don't understand what's his fixation with Sat Liquid Ro*m. I think it's more the Korean babe which is the factor.
Whatever. He let me down THE WHOLE FRIGGIN DAY! Said the whole day was mine but we only spent 2 hours together. Didn't make it at 10pm cos he claimed he was singing KTV, then said he'll be there at 12.... then became 1am... then after multiple calls, I finally concluded that he just wasn't going to come even though HE SWORE HIS HEART AND HOPED TO DIE.
That's kinda scary. Cos that means he's gonna die soon. Oh well... moral of story is: Don't swear and then break promise. Carpeesh?
I wouldn't have been as mad if he didn't promise he'll be there, or if he at least called to explain and tell me he ain't coming. But NO! He just kept quiet, totally MIAed and that's it.
And the worst thing was his good friend was there. At least for me I knew everyone there, so I could still have fun, but his friend knows only me and I think he was qute left out, specially among the dancers. Was waiting for BLUB to come to alleviate the poor friend's boredom, but he never made it.
So BLUB not ONLY stood me up, but worse... he stood his friend up.
Now what does this tell about character?
Nevermind though, cos he missed out lots. *gasp* Funky T's music! And so many hiphoppers and Bboys doing a standoff! I was SOOO glad I didn't let his non-appearance affect my party mood.
The fact that Mini Bee came with 3 rather fetching friends in tow helped. I later learnt 3 of them were all my school dance society's seniors. Like the pioneer batch (cos they're 30)... And twas cool cos it's like MJ past and present batches all gathered there to support DA MAN!
And throughout, Chicago Bee kept messaging. He wanted to join me but he doesn't want to come alone and the bunch of people he's with didn't wanna dance. So post party, we all met up for supper at our fave haunt. Shal enthralled everyone with her hyperactive antics when half the table fell into screensaver modes.
All in all, I had a brilliant night out! Plus met 2 bees in one night. Not bad....
Eat your heart out, BLUB!!

My Skin Thickened...
For my Bday, I would like SOME MORE BEES!!! They've all been killed by some weird potent insecticide by the name of stress, lack of time and mr D. Potential bees can check out tagboard to apply. Deadline is before Valentine's Day 2006.
Non-bees can check in here
CHEERS and HAPPY WOOF WOOF YEAR! *smiles*
Have you ANY WOOL?? *baa*

I just LURVVEEE the parallel. Even the angles we're standing at. It's AMAZING!!! *heehee*
THE PPMS Serie A
Meanwhile, it's Chinese New Year again!!! YAY!!!
But I don't think I'm as happy as last year's cluck cluck year CNY.... cos
1) I'm darn busy and stressed out over FYP and it's related problems.... namely
A) Funding
B) lotsa planning and tearing hair out over schedule, equipment, props, lighting, lousy shots, actors performances, yada yada
C) Caused me zit outbreaks, perpetual bad hair, darkened dull skin, puffy eyes with UBER eyebags, a developing tummy and many other minor ailments to my weather-beaten body, which only serves to undermine my self-esteem further....
D) Caused me my bees... cos I don't have time for them and it works this way. You have to constantly remind them of your presence, else they'll start to disappear. SO now that all of them are gone, I'm feeling rather out of sorts.
2) Mr D has been giving me SHIT after SHIT after SHIT
All in all, would say I'm in PERPETUAL PMS MODE!!! That's PPMS for you. Hear that??? DOUBLE "P"!!! SO DON'T MESS WITH ME!!!
Story's too long to tell but he's been an asshole who overpromises, can't keep promises and he's sick cos he lusted after this Korean girl I introduced to him, simply because she's 'foreign import' in his words. Was all over her the night we all went out and I fell sick just watchin him imbibe her with drinks then start hanky-pankying when they're both drunk. FARKING SICK! I HATE people getting wasted over alcohol!
Now men out there blame us girls for being SPGs and sucking up to foreign imports... and them?? Don't they lust after all these Jap and Korean girls as well? Or even the hot Scandi bombshells on exchange in SG.
So we're QUITS! STOP calling SPGs SPGs..... I think I shall call the men "KPG"... the "KIMONO PARTY GUYS" or the "BPB" ... the "BIKINI PARTY BOYS"
Irritating bastards...

Doesn't pay to know too much...
I found out stuff I shouldn't know about mr D today. Turns out there are skeletons in his closet which I've never even knew existed.
I thought he and I are kinda settled (ie. open dating for a year), but what I found out today sent stabs of fear running through my being. I've been living in a rosy bubble and now the bubble floats precariously. Anytime now, some thorn will burst it and I'll fall all the way down to perdition.
The knowledge that he can blatantly lie, meet someone awful, then MIA the whole evening and later get angry with me for calling just shakes me up. It's so DEJA VU!!!
And this happened RECENTLY.
I'm not comfortable with this at all despite all his honeyed words, which he never means by the way.
I need a new bee... to get myself outta this rut. And I SO promise myself I'll get attached by the end of the one-year stipulation. Not a single shadow in the horizon yet though.
Thank goodness FYP is fast turning into a nightmare... and this nightmare will occupy my mind for some time, providing welcome distraction from affairs of the heart.
Come, deadlines! Come, Murphy! Come, supervisor! And remember to breathe down my neck! I'll embrace all of you!!

Rainy Days
You can do those classic chill ones like Jane Monheit or Janet Seidel to get into a real romantic mood while the rain pitter-patters on your glass window.
You can travel to the wintery cold wonderland of Europe with quirky French jazz of Lisa Ono and Pink Martini.
You can let Bossa Nova beats by Stan Getz, the Gilberto family, Mind Games and others transport you to a sunshiny beach of azure blue waters, fine white sand and gently swaying palm trees. Think napping on a hammock, think chilled martinis. And the rain doesn't seem as dreary anymore.
You can do the chillout fusion jazz of Hotel Costes or De Phazz and let the metropolitan feel take over. Best done when you're in a tall building overlooking skyscrapers. The rain forms a slightly blurred view of the skyline, but it's precisely because it's blurred, it'll look like a water colour painting. Coupled with fusion jazz.... nothing beats that post-modernist romanticism.
I love rainy days.... When I'm happy, the water from heaven are 'showers of blessing'. When I'm upset, they are tears from above crying with me.
Rainy days put me in a ponderous mood. I think a lot, reflect alot, reminescence a lot about the past. Especially with mr D.
Rainy days are good for sleeping. 'Nuff said.

I'm HOPPING HAPPY!!!!
'Cos I sucessfully casted the 7 central characters of my Final year Project film.... *though they're all my friends*
Checked the mail this morning and surprise surprise!!!11 talents answered my casting call!!! WOOHOOO!!!
And they're surprisingly talented! Like theatre degree holders, ex models, ex SIA stewardesses who're also proficient ballerinas, who did TVCs and other theatre productions, indie actors....
The Singapore art scene ain't as grey as they depict. There're plenty of talents abound!!! YAY!!! I'm SOOOO happy i'm beaming.
Now comes the tough decision as to WHO to cast... there're just too many good ones.
Oh, and I still haven't found a paunchy balding UNCLE who can speak perfect hokkien yet so if any of you know of anyone, or your Dads cut such a figure, CALL MEEEE!!!!
On a more neutral note, I bought me-self a new organizer so I'm beaming tooo....
On a less happy note, my 2 bees didn't make it yesterday. One got called back to jump from a parachute at 3am and the other had meeting till 7.30pm, fell damn ill, suffered gastric and had to go home to hide. BAH!!!
But no matter the bees, I had an AWESOME time anyway. Went to play boardgames again, but only completed Taboo and Cranium. S&J, J&N, W&C totally made my day with riotous fun and laughter, then came a serious discussion about Falung*ng practitioners and Tibet*n monks being persecuted in China. It got pretty heated up as S felt indignant and we tried to defend the the Chinese to a certain extent. Even B*sh and the Ir*q war and Taiwan got dragged into this.
But we all agreed to disagree, because we know the world is never fair and there are 2 sides to the coin in every situation and we wouldn't know these situations, so we just let it be.
Sometimes I feel Singaporeans do care. It's just that we know our limitations, being smart and all. Yes, we wanna help. But how much can we do? Can we tell B*sh to NOT fight the Iraq war? Can we tell the Chinese gov to let Tibet be independant? Maybe it's because Singaporeans are more humanitarian than political. We can do our bit by being volunteers to help out disaster-struck victims, but when it comes to political stuff, we take a back-seat.
Anyways, enough of mind-boggling global stuff. Oh i just read that they actually coined a word "GLOCAL", meaning global but with a local flavour everyone can identify with.
W, C and I headed to Th*mper next for a fun night out. mr D and his minion came along too and I saw both of them in action. Specifically, they made an excuse to go to the loo, but their loo break took very long and I spotted them on the other end of the dancefloor dancing very hard next to a buncha females. Not a very pretty sight to me obviously...
So I chose not to care. I had my fair share of dudes dancing around me too anyway. And W being US-ed and all was such a party animal... we danced for more than 2 hours non-stop and when we finally left to get some water, some dude came up and said "Woa, you girls rock man! 2 hours and running..."
C, mr D and his minion left early cos they have work today... so Win and I went out and had a good chat about our lives and the people we meet... T'was a pleasant evening.
*smiles*

Recapturing Memories...
I hardly have time to breathe now that school has started and my social life remains just as active... bleah.. Plus I need to job search and mr D lent me a 5-inch thick book on writing kick-ass resumes and creating that impression to knock 'em dead. It's kinda useful but I HATE READING NON-FICTION!!! Somebody give me that fairytale adventure book anytime man!
We last stopped on Wednesday when my luck was running high romantically. Funny how it comes in crests and dips, like waves too. Pour example, this week is pretty low except for the group outing with mr W and commando bee later and a whole motley crue of people whom I love. (as friends LAH)
Thursday
Pageant day today and I look a DRAG! The late nights and perpetual running around didn't do my skin any good. Plus my dear flu has bestowed me with a voice which can be described "sexy" at best and "croaky" at worst. Plus I sound about as nasal as a chinese wayang singer.
Finally got myself down to the place and instead of rehearsals, they made us sit down and wait to be made up. So I waited an hour to be made up, another 2 hours to GET made-up and one more hour to get my hair done. IT'S TOTALLY CRAZY! Who takes 2 hours just to do makeup? I take 10 min MAX... even with careful preening and all, it doesn't take that long.
And I thereby concluded that the beauty business wasn't for me. I hate the waiting and the sitting around while people painted your face. Seriously, I can do it no my own and look the same. This is the finished product. I think my face was too white and lips too red. Bah...
Then came 'rehearsals' which were held in the back alley behind the bar. It's darn lame and just walking and presenting. And that dude had to make us repeat so many times like we're some dim-witted asses. Seriously!
Then there was the QnA session which was supposed to be tongue-in-cheek. No brain cells required. They asked stuff like "Would you be the girlfriend of someone if he paid you $2000 to do so?" and "Describe the most embarassing incident you had in your sex life" and "Would you pinch a cute stranger's butt in a club?"
Actually I was pretty miffed that "World Peace" wasn't one of the accepted answers, cos this is probably the only time I'll get to say "world peace" on stage and get applause for it... oh well... *just kidding*
All in all, though I didn't get into finals, it was quite an experience. Met some nice folks, did a couple of dances with R, J and mr tan, took some pics and I'm happy! *beams*

And the evening didn't end there. Commando bee asked me to join him at Thumper and being dressed up and all and I was gonna cab home anyway, I went. Music was AWFUL. Like trance and technified Black Eyed Peas songs. Danced a bit during the brief episode of hiphop. Didn't help that commando bee made me wait 10 min while he was out making a phonecall. So I was all by myself for quite a while.
Met this really gay guy who danced like a gay but was totally sporting. And surprise surprise! I found out later he's married with kids. And he still dances like there's no tomorrow. RESPECT.
Hitched a ride home on a flashy red car. I hold a serious distaste for red cars. They're just as bad as the electric blue bengster ones, thought a lil classier due to their link to Ferraris.
Friday
Met up with my darling Primary school classmates for dimsum at Chinatown then an afternoon of karaoke. What can I say? Everybody there was Singapore Idol material.... Brilliant singing coupled with great company. Can't ask for much more. And we could do lotsa duets cos there were 3 guys and 4 gals.
I'm kind of surprised my Primary school classmates were so proficient in singing, especially Mandarin love ballads.
Always thought some of them were sort of 'kentang' or very Westernized, but then I realised that we're from the same system from P1-6, which makes them effectively bilingual. And it's great to know that they've done well for themselves.
Though I wasn't in top form, had a great time just listening to great singing 'live'.
*Game: Spot the crush!*
Thereafter, Y, J and I shopped around Chinatown for mahjong tiles... which turned out pretty entertaining. It was like this Chinese Immersion trip around Chinatown, where we saw traditional food stuff and handicrafts. There're lotsa pretty stuff in Chinatown actually, and we 'ooh'ed and 'aah'ed over many beautiful lamps and stone fountain displays. Oh, and they sell dirt-cheap accessories too!! WHOOPEEE!
I never knew there's actually ONE BIG SHOP in People's Park Complex just selling mahjong stuff. It's kinda like the COURTS or IKEA of mahjong. Brilliant!
Joined J, J and PL from church at a boardgame cafe later. S and J came soon after and we had a riotous evening of fun-filled laughter and thrilling screams. Especially with S and J. Oh well.... people do crack under 'stress'. We discovered the joys of good old-fashioned games like "Taboo", "Snorta" and some others...
S and E set me up on a phonecall with the boat party cutie and he sounded kinda weird. E later told me that he was so happy after talking to me that he beamed the whole evening. And he was stressed out as well, cos he was perspiring after the conversation and had to wash his face. They all laughed at his shyness, but I was sort of taken aback that someone liked me this much only after one meeting and that he's so terribly shy. It's kinda freaky. And i don't exactly fancy the idea that he liked me based on first impressions.
But all in all, I loved today. It's a brilliant day with briliant company. Who says you need to be attached to be happy?
Saturday
The long wait is FINALLY over! It's NYE!!! Finally, another turbulent year has passed. Funny how I don't feel the NYE sort of nostalgia and renewal of hope. Maybe it's because I already am happy. In fact, I didn't even make resolutions. Probably the only thing I kept in mind was to be a better person, so it encompasses all areas of my life, with work, with relationships, with health. Just to be better in general.
But I have to say that 2005 has been the best year of my life. I played darn hard the whole year, had a blast at MTV, continued having a blast in school at with dance, made some awesome friends to keep for life, bought 3 pairs of Birkinstocks, finally got my ipod mini, partied every weekend like there's no tomorrow, dated many people, watched tonnes of movies, gained tonnes of confidence, learnt tonnes of life lessons and wrote more journal entries than I ever did my whole life. *beams*
Yes, 2005 shall go down in history as the best year of my life! And now my resolution is to make 2005 pale in comparison to 2006, for I want 2006 to reigneth!
Anyway, NYE party at Pan Pac was a surprisingly quiet affair. We watched the fireworks live from the best vantage view of the hotel suite and twas MARVELLOUS!! I even have a few videop clips to show.
Then we fooled around taking pictures..
The view from hotel suite...
The Hip Hop gang with their kickass pose... DANCERS UNITE!
The nice regular group pic but we weren't looking the right way...
Okay, now we are, but F has to spoil it by puckering his lips and feeling like he wants to kiss W *sic*
The quintessential act sexy pic gone wrong...
The perfect glamourous GAY magazine cover pic...
More gay displays from inebriated dudes...
F and I on our 2nd NYE as best mates...
No, contrary to popular belief, we didn't get to dance on NYE even though most peeps are dancers here. But we did have a great time chillling, several frustrating moments waiting for people and gathering lost lambs but all in all, t'was a good NYE. I even met up with mr D and his friend for supper after the whole thing!
And I more than made up for the lack of dancing on NYE by Zouking on Sunday to great hiphop tracks in the main hall. Saw some fantastic feats by some B-boys too. They were battling in front of the DJ console. Uber cool!
That's all for now. Can't wait to play Taboo with J, S and gang along with mr W and commando bee later!
PS- Korean bee called to ask how I was.... he's so weird. I thought he disappeared and now he's in the picture again! *heehee*
